Cinelli is world-renowned for their racing heritage and extensive collaborations with MASH SF in designing advanced track framesets for all types of riders. Not only are they known for their superb products, they have also been going big in supporting numerous racing teams internationally; with MASH SF and Cinelli Chrome, to name a few.
As for Tik, these teams have inspired him in building a Cinelli track bike. According to him:
"It was not all about the flashy design but it is really all about how Mash handle themselves and the attitude they bring to the cycling game. I was inspired by how Mash and Cinelli Chrome, two groups of messengers, can travel around the world because of their passion for cycling. That’s where I drew inspiration for my build."
It did not take too long for Tik to build his bike since he already had the necessary components installed on his previous 2014 Cinelli Vigorelli. He only had to wait for the new 2015 Cinelli Vigorelli Caleido from the local dealership.
Tik plans to upgrade the frame to the latest Cinelli Chrome frameset once available, along with HED Jet Plus Track wheel set. He is also in the process of building a bespoke cyclocross bike with Columbus Life Tubing.
