Over the years, more and more events that push the boundaries of fixed-gear racing have been springing-up locally. These redefine how fixed-gear riders are perceived, and breaks the barriers of what fixed-gear bikes can do.
TAC Attack, conceived specifically to celebrate Tanay Adventure Camp's anniversary, is a cannonball race that set another milestone in the local scene. Designed to challenge fixed-gear riders through the mountains of Sierra Madre, pair teams had to endure grueling uphills, steep downhills, and sharp curves that definitely pushed them to their limits.
Teams charged 24 kilometers of grueling mountain roads on brakeless track bikes, even fighting through the cold as nature poured down on the already demanding race. Other than endurance and bike handling, they also had to outwit their rivals by racing smart.
